Jersey Fresh! NEW… Onions (sweet yellows… deserving as a main dish!). Potatoes (fresh dug reds and yellow fingerlings). Eggplant! Choose Classic or a round Italian heirloom. More Beets, Carrots, Cucumbers, Zucchini (green/yellow). Green Beans - Pick-Your-Own, pick extra and freeze. Plenty of Kohlrabi/Cabbage/Scallions/Radish, makes a great summer slaw. Last week for Lettuce and Swiss Chard… getting too hot for greens. Kale still holding up. Limited quantities of Cauliflower until fall crop. Also, Corn from Pastore Orchards for sale. Time to make pickles and succotash salad!

Pick Your Own (PYO), Flowers, Herbs and More … If PYO items are not on your share ticket, you can add them and other crops available; see “Extras For Sale” white board in Farm Shop. We appreciate your support! Follow the orange flags.

  • Green Beans. They are at peak… get them while they are tender. Easy to pick! I recommend including in your share this week :). Extras for sale.

  • FLOWERS. 15 stems for mixed bouquets. See the pick your own example in Farm Shop if including in your farm share for the week.

  • HERBS - a great value to add to your CSA share! Please help yourself to a GENEROUS amount of Basil! We have two basil fields - we are experimenting with varieties… Also Parsley, Dill and Cilantro. A weekly herb bouquet is therapy:)
